Making an Offer
Making an offer to purchase a home has its own set of factors. Rely on my experience and knowledge to make a successful home buying offer.
Making a Home Buying Offer
Once you’ve found your ideal house, it’s time to get started with the financial and contractual side of the purchase. Let me guide you through this process. Purchase contracts vary in length, terms, and required documentation.
Multiple offers on the same home are not uncommon, so you may only get one chance to make an offer that the seller will consider. That’s why it’s important to think carefully about your strategy. As your real estate professional I will be presenting the offer. If you have any personal interaction with the homeowner, avoid sharing any information about your move, your current housing status, financial status or your feelings about their property – positive or negative. This could work against you in future negotiations.
Many times family and friends may offer advice or details about past experiences. While this can be beneficial in helping your compile a list of questions to address, always remember each and every home buying experience is different and as your Agent I am on your side. I will always be Informed, prepared, and ready to work for you in addressing each and every concern.
TIP: You and the seller have different goals, so it’s important to consult with me about any questions or concerns you may have. I will bring order to the process, and will know what questions to ask to help you reach a desirable outcome.
